Luxury in Leslieville

We are offering a 3 bedroom home with a 1 bedroom apartment basement situated in Leslieville, a vibrant neighborhood in Toronto's east end. Ideally, we would rent both units together for 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2 kitchens, but we would consider separate rentals as well.

The house is on a street with a bike lane for easy access to all of Toronto. It is across the street from a bus stop, and near the Greenwood Subway Station on The Danforth. It is also a 5 minute walk to Gerrard Street, with easy access to buses downtown, and Gerrard India Bazaar. We are also a short walk or bike ride to Queen Street. We like to describe our location as between Maha's (a popular Egyptian café) and Left Field Brewery (a trendy spot for local beer). Grab a coffee and enjoy it in one of the many parks surrounding the house (Greenwood Park is closest.) Or, take a 10 minute bike ride to The Beaches along Lake Ontario. You can also enjoy the shady backyard with an authentic Canadian Maple Tree. You can easily reach downtown, Ryerson University, and the University of Toronto without a car, but there is ample street parking if you bring a car. We are in love with our new home and new life and eager to share it with you.

The house itself is updated with hard wood floors, new kitchen appliances, a mud room with laundry, three spacious bedrooms, and 1.5 baths. We have two children, so we can easily make it family friendly with toys, high chairs, cribs, and so on (or we can also remove these things as well.) The basement apartment is bright, with a spacious kitchen and living room area, and one bedroom.

About Me
We are a family of four enjoying our new city, Toronto. We are originally from The States and try to visit our family a few weeks at a time on academic breaks. We also travel for academic conferences and recreation. We have a classic Toronto house in Leslieville, a vibrant neighborhood in Toronto's east end. We live near several beaches along Lake Ontario, bike paths, cafes, and parks and spend as much time as we can riding bikes around the city, rollerblading along the boardwalk, and exploring Toronto's ravines.
