Space for one person, who will have own bedroom and private bathroom; or two friends, who will take two bedrooms and bathrooms, for double the rent. Must do periodic COVID testing and follow safe protocols inside and outside the home. Rent includes utilities, high-speed internet, and building amenities; parking may be available for extra fee. Building has rooftop pool deck with tables and wifi and a conference room; there is plenty of quiet space in which to work or relax outside the unit. Renter must be mature, non-smoker, quiet, and clean, with impeccable references; no pets or guests allowed (due to COVID). Must travel light, as there's no storage space outside your room, and must help keep the place clean. Prefer someone who has a place to work outside the condo, during normal times. Will consider someone who works from home, but pays extra for utilities, during COVID.
