76 square meters. Split level. Perfect for a small family or friends traveling together as there are three separate bathrooms and three sleeping areas ( 1 bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a single bed) plus 2 beds (one double and one single) in the living room). Two additional mattresses are available for guests or family members. Sleeps 6 maximum comfortably.
The setting is idyllic, the interior full of bohemian charm (marble fireplace, antique mirrors and furniture, original hardwood floors, 3.2 meter high ceilings, stone sculptures, paintings and drawings, etc.). Salon with a full wall of French doors opening out onto the formal gardens of a 17th century Hotel Particulier. Steeped in history. Quintessentially Parisian.

Downstairs, the full country kitchen has a long wood dining table which seats 6 comfortably. All new appliances including induction stove, self-cleaning convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee grinder and maker, big porcelan sink, fridge with freezer and clotheswashing/drying machine. Plumbing and electricity also recently redone.
Stay in touch with free long distance telephone and high speed internet connection, WIFI, printer and scanner. Flat screen TV, DVD and Video player with cable (CNN). CD/casette player.

Located on the chic rue du Cherche Midi, in the center of Paris. Possible to walk to most important sights like the Louvre, Orsay, Rodin, Maillol museums plus Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, St Sulpice and St Germain des Pres (the oldest church in Paris). Also walk to many fabulous restaurants, historic cafes(including the Deux Magots and Cafe Flore). Several supermarkets, cheese shops and two street markets(one organic), as well as a multitude of boutiques, are within minutes of your door. The upscale Bon Marche department store with a gourmet market is just two blocks away. The famous Poilane bakery is across the street.
Very quiet and cool in the summer (exposed stone walls). Non smoking. Sorry no pets.
$340 to $430 per night depending on dates, length of stay and number of guests. Minimum stay of 4 nights. $500 refundable security/breakage deposit required.
