Charming room in lively area of Paris close to Bastille

I rent in my appartement (80m2) the room of my daughter Roxanne.
700 euros a month or 380 euros a week : 14m2, nicely furnished, good bed (1m60) and large desk for working. Lots of light. Access bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, toilets.
Typical Paris well kept 19th century renovated building, rooms with mouldings. 4th floor. Belonging to an artist.
Subway stop Charonne at 3', Faidherbe at 4', Bastille at 20' walk, the welknown charming Aligre market at 15'. Shops and restaurants are all around (renowned Cyril Lignac restaurant right at the corner). You will easily discover all the french delicacies : bakeries, pastry shops, butchers, supermarkets, bars, are available right here.
Bastille Opera is close as well, just as the famous and very typical french rue du Faubourg saint Antoine.
There are several bus lines. Metro station Charonne (line 9) or Faidherbe (line 8) at 3' by feet. RER Station Nation, a 10' walk or 3' subway ride, provides easy access to métro lines 1,2,6,9 and the RER A.
I have a little Jack Russel called Saphira. The room is reserved to dog friendly persons.

I had a wonderful time at Gaby's apartment in Paris, where I spent 4 months. The room for rent is nice and quiet, with a large window allowing the sun to enter in the morning, and a huge bed in which nights can be very comforting! The whole apartment is very charming, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you could wish for, and it is located in a central yet peaceful area providing all accommodations and easy walks or bus/subway lines towards all parisian musts. Gaby herself is the most welcoming and friendly person imaginable, discreet and warm and helpful at the same time. She took a great part in conveying a homelike feeling to my stay. I stayed at Gabriele's for a couple of months, and I could not have wished for a better place to stay. The apartment is in a very vibrant and charming area of Paris, but still it is also quite and down-to-earth. And on top of that Gabriele is the perfect host: She is very nice and kind, and she made me feel at home at once! As recommendable as can be! Excellent Alexander Hummelmose 1/1/2017 6:28:00 AM
I stayed in Paris for three weeks in the spring to lay the groundwork for a research project there in the fall. The apartment is well located, near key Metro lines. Gaby is easy-going, gracious, helpful, and grants much latitude for use of the apartment when renting the room. The room itself is more than adequate in size for an older, traditional French apartment, is generally quiet, and has a large window overlooking the street. Many good stores and cafes are located nearby. Excellent Anthony Healy 6/4/2016 12:55:00 PM
I stayed with Gaby for a week and can say that I will return to her lovely and cosy home whenever I will be back in Paris again! Gaby is a very welcoming, supportive and easy-going person, who tried her best to make my stay lovely. The appartment is very arty and gives you a feeling of being "at home". Everything that one needs for everyday life is within shortest walking distance and the connection to the metro is also very close by. The room is comfortable with enough space for your personal belongings and very quiet. I can totally recommend that accomodation! Excellent Christiane Durner 2/7/2015 12:59:00 AM
We (a family with two small kids) had a lovely time in this house with a fantastic view on the sea and the mountains, a 10min walk max away from a perfect little beach. The village of Stoupa (with another beach) is also very nice. Lots of beautifully located tavernas with delicious and yet very affordable food all over the place. I definitely recommend this place!
