2 bedroom home in Raglan, New Zealand

We have a 2 bed home in Raglan which we would like to rent to tenants who will care for the house. It is secluded and has a rock garden easy care with native plants and trees. 10 minutes walk to the small Raglan town with surfing, windsurfing/kitesurfing, walking very close by and swimming 6 minutes walk. Many Waikato University lecturers live in Raglan. it is 40 minutes drive to the University in Hamilton. The neighbourhood is quiet and the town of Raglan has many artists. The house is available to rent from April till early November 2018.
