COVID-19 permitting, and are looking for a tenant for the Spring 2021 semester.
2 bedrooms and 1 bath are upstairs, and a 3rd bedroom with en suite bath are in the finished basement. The downstairs bedroom is currently being used as an office. The kitchen and both bathrooms are updated. Washer-dryer are also in the basement, along with a second living room area.
There is a fenced backyard with a small patio, fire pit, landscaping and garden plot. It's very private, with alley access on one side and a tree line on the other.
The house is directly on the Court Hill bus line to downtown and the University of Iowa, with easy access to I-80. Walking distance to Hy-Vee, Walgreens and Heyn's Ice Cream. Bike trail access nearby.
Lease terms are flexible. It is available furnished or partially furnish. Our personal belongings go into storage while we're away, so all the shelf and closet spaces are available for use.
Dogs are welcome, cats are considered.
Internet is included; tenant would pay other utilities and is responsible for snow and lawn care, though this is negotiable.
