Stylish, comfortable 3 bedroom house with garden, East London/Mile End/Victoria Park (Zone 2)

Our beautiful, comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom house is well-located with just 5 min walk to Victoria Park and 10min walk to Mile End tube station (Central, District, Hammersmith & City Lines). There are many trendy coffee shops and restaurants nearby, as well as East End pubs and markets. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has its own large garden (at 21 meter long, our garden is unusually spacious for London!).

On the ground floor is a large living room consisting of two rooms (one with a working desk) that opens up into contemporary and well-equipped Siematic kitchen, with an oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, as well as a professional coffee-machine.

The living room has an HD projector and a large screen for enjoying cosy movie nights.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and new mattresses: two bedrooms (both facing the garden) have king-size beds and the third bedroom has a single day-bed that pulls out into large king-size bed (suitable for one or two children, a couple, or a single person). The third bedroom also has a large working desk and could be used as an office (happy to send a photo of it).

There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower downstairs, and one upstairs with a large bath.

The house has excellent public transport links: it is 10min walk to Mile End station, Zone 2, with District, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Central line - it takes 6 min. to Liverpool Street, and 16 min. to Oxford Street. A bus-stop is 1 min. walk from the house, with regular and quick bus routes to Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Liverpool Street, Oxford Street, or east to the Olympic Stadium, gorgeous Zaha Hadid swimming pool (Aquatic Park) and Stratford Shopping Centre. Queen Mary University is within short walking distance.

What we love about the house is that we can quickly be in the middle of the city and then retreat to relax at home. The neighbourhood is very friendly, and our street has a proud history of suffragette movement, giving home to Sylvia Pankhurst’s Toy Factory and Creche.

If you enjoy walking or running, we are also close to all the major London canals, with excellent routes into exploring London by foot. There is so much to explore in the area, and nearby... https://www.runnersguidetolondon.co.uk/regents-canal.html

The house may be available earlier than September, please feel free to drop us an email. We prefer a longer let, but are open to dialogue. We will ensure a safe handover of the house and the keys, in keeping with the current government guidelines. Thank you.

About Me
I'm a visual artist and researcher, currently working as an Associate Lecturer on BA Photography at Falmouth University (Cornwall). I teach at other universities too as well as run art workshops, give talks and exhibit work internationally. I currently divide my time between London, where I've lived for over 20 years, and Cornwall. I'm originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina. My partner and I have a beautiful 3 bedroom house in Bow, East London, 5 min walk from Victoria Park and Queen Mary University. There are many trendy coffee shops, restaurants as well as good old fashioned East End pubs! The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has its own garden. It is well-connected with tubes and buses. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions and enquiries.
