Minimal, modern, calm East London family home

We live in the heart of buzzing East London, a ten minute walk to the green expanses of Victoria Park, five minutes to Roman Road and stumbling distance from cozy, welcoming local pubs and restaurants.

We're located ten min walk to the Mile End tube, in Zone 2 on the Central Line which means we're 6 stops on the tube from Oxford Circus.

Our house is an 1001 sq ft, end-of-terrace, newly-renovated 2.5 bedroom home, with every modern detail considered. We love our calm, light oak, dark panelled and plant filled oasis. We have home automation which allows for blinds, alarms/cctv, heating, lights, music all to be controlled centrally, and from your phone/Alexa. The downstairs is open plan with a comfortable living room including an inset wood burning fireplace. There's a small, sound-proof toilet room downstairs. The dining room and kitchen include all modern utilities (Fisher Paykel, Bosch) and we also have a hidden, stacked washer and dryer.

Upstairs, there are two good-sized bedrooms, one is the Master bedroom and one is the current Guest bedroom. Both have custom, hand-built, fitted wardrobes. We have another small bedroom which is our daughter's room at the moment - this room is ideal for a small child and there's a Leander cot and changing table.

The upstairs bathroom and shower is really lovely, all light wood and concrete - with a Toto electric Japanese toilet. Outside in the backyard, we have a large, light oak deck and large garden, met by two glass doors.

We're a family of three and looking for a family to enjoy living here as much as we do!

Rent is inclusive of water & internet (high speed / fibre). Other utilities such as electricity and gas would need to registered in your own name.
