Garden Flat in Dartmouth Park

We are letting our pleasant two bedroom garden flat in NW5, in a quiet neighbourhood (Dartmouth Park) which is handy both for Parliament Hill and Waterlow Park, each with impressive views over London. It is at the same time close to Central London, local tubes and buses connecting it quickly with Oxford Street, and with the British Museum, University College, Birkbeck College, King's College and the LSE.

The sitting room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa, chairs, TV and DVD, a side board and bookshelves containing mainly reference books on architecture and art, and some fiction.

The kitchen/dining room overlooks the charming small garden, which has furniture for outdoor eating, including a barbecue. The indoor table extends to eight places. The room contains fridge-freezer, sink, dishwasher, clotheswasher microwave, electric stove with ceramic hob with two ovens and extractor hood. Cupboards hold plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. There is an airing cupboard with hanging space.

The bath room was completely renewed in 2012, and has separate shower and bath. The separate WC cubicle adjoins it.

The main bedroom is large and looks West on to the leafy street.
The double bed can be converted to a sofa, and double doors into the sitting room can make this a large space for entertaining. Other furniture: blanket chest, work table, chest of drawers, low plan-chest/coffee table, built in wardrobe, two chairs, and bookshelves, some of which will be left empty for tenants' use.

Small bedroom/study has a desk and a day-bed which can fold out to make a double bed, with storage drawers beneath. Free- standing wardrobe, bookshelves with space for tenants' books. Free Wi-Fi.

The flat is to be let annually from mid-April to early October.

Overall area of flat; 605 sq. ft. Area of garden:40ft. length by 16 ft. width

Heating: a gas boiler heats the water, a towel-rail in the bathroom and a radiator in the kitchen. The sitting room has a gas fire set in a traditional fireplace. The bedrooms both have electric heaters.

Rent:£350 per week inclusive of council tax and reasonable fuel bills, (gas, water, electricity).

Cleaning service is available.

About Me
Interested in music, architecture, painting and printmaking. Travel in France and Italy; we spend up to six months during the summer based in our house in Burgundy each year. In London we make use of the proximity of Hampstead Heath for swimming and walking. Waterlow Park has also wonderful views. The Underground (zone 2) and local bus services get us to central London in twenty minutes (British Museum, British Library, art galleries, concert halls etc.)
