Our two bedroom apartment is on the third floor of a 12 unit building, and has beautiful views of downtown Minneapolis from the balcony. The East Bank campus of the University of Minnesota is 3/4 mile away, and the West Bank (1.5 miles) and St Paul campuses (2.5 miles) are also very close. A full service grocery store is 200 yards from the apartment, as is a stop on the Green Line light rail which provides easy access to downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Biking, running and walking paths by the Mississippi River are just half a mile from the apartment. The location is ideal for people without a vehicle. One off-street parking space is available for people with a car.
