Downtown Modern Studio - With Gym Pool & Sauna!

Great modern studio - no closed bedroom - fully furnished with great quality furnishings. Rooftop pool & BBQ area during summer months (June, July, August). Ground floor Sports Centre equipped with full gym, indoor/outdoor lap pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub & cold water bath; facilities are presently closed due to Covid19, but we hope they will re-open shortly. The condo unit was brand new in 2013. It is interior courtyard facing, so insulated from street noise. The bed is Queen size with a beautiful Chateau Royale mattress. There is a rainshower in the bathroom - no bath tub - wall mounted A/C unit, and electric baseboard heating. Centrally located just one block from Atwater Metro station and one block from the Alexis Nihon mall; the AMC Pepsi Forum is right next door, with indoor underground garage parking. Starbucks, SAQ liquor store and Adonis grocery store are all just downstairs. It's a wonderful spot! The condo is available for any duration of rental with a minimum of 32 day, up through one full year.

I am a McGill graduate (B.A. International Development Studies & McGill School of Environment). I have since become a regular Joe. I rent a couple of newly constructed downtown/central condos. I have one studio and one 2-bedroom unit. My listing on Sabbatical Homes is primarily for the purpose of renting the 2-bedroom unit, however I may be contacted about the other one as well.
