About Me
I am a painter and filmmaker, and full-time professor of art and art history, currently teaching in CA. My husband, a composer and pianist, and I live in our loft during the months of my professional leave. As the university where I teach goes year round, these occur throughout the year and are not consecutive months.

Elegant, spacious, loft-style apartment, with a large double bedroom at the back, light south-facing living area with very big windows at the front, ample further room containing large work surfaces, second living area, kitchen and bathroom. Very conveniently located for Chelsea, Meatpacking District and Midtown. Easy but secure lift access to apartment. I have rented the apartment three times and have enjoyed it hugely. We spent 3 months in 2016 in this large bright apartment. This is a top level unit with a private elevator that opens right at the front door. Very large comfortable living space with casual furniture and small kitchen and bathroom Location in Chelsea is perfect with access to virtually all subway lines within one or two blocks. Perfect for walking everywhere. Hundreds of restaurants within a one mile radius. Check the map and see how easy it is to walk to the highline, Madison park, midtown, west village, art galleries. We were sad to leave. Excellent gary Goldstein 4/17/2018 7:31:00 AM
