Located right next to the St. Sulpice fountains and church, a block from the Jardin de Luxembourg in central Paris. This is a quiet, well-preserved neighborhood in walking distance from the major universities of Paris. The living room offers a unique view over the Paris rooftops and the steeple of the Eglise St. Germain. The bedroom also has a very nice rooftop view. These two large rooms face north and south (lots of sunlight) respectively. The kitchen is a separate room and is fully equipped. There is a real bathroom. Located on the 6th floor with elevator and a carpeted marble staircase. The building is exceptionally well maintained by a friendly concierge who lives on the ground floor. The apartment is spacious and would be ideal for a couple (the bedroom has a queen-sized bed) or single person. The living room has a convertible couch for a visiting friend or for your child. This summer the flat is available from July 8th through to August 30th, with a minimum stay of two weeks. The only special care needed are the plants on the outside of the windows on each end of the flat. They will need a little water every day.
