I stayed in Liliane's flat for 3 months and it was wonderful. The flat is large, well connected to transport, and quiet. Having a separate den with a large desk to work from was an added bonus. Liliane was also very helpful, provided lots of information before I arrived, and showed me around the flat when I got in. I had an excellent and productive stay in Paris, and would definitely stay at Liliane's flat again in the future. Excellent Carrie Benjamin 8/6/2019 11:50:00 AM
My wife and I contacted Liliane in August of 2014 regarding a stay in her Montmartre apartment in October 2014. She responded within 24 hours and was happy to deal with us. We stayed in her beautiful apartment the entire month of October 2014 in the very heart of Montmartre.

She met with us upon arrival and was very welcoming and gracious. She actually took time to show us around the neighborhood and even suggested places to eat and buy food and bread in the local shops.

Her apartment is accessed by elevator to the 5th floor of the building. The unit is well laid out with a separate bedroom, living/dining room, bathroom and shower and a well equipped kitchen with a new induction cook top and microwave oven and is perfect for preparing meals at home from the local meat, produce and specialties.

We enjoyed cooking home fairly often, but ate out at one of the many local excellent restaurants several days a week.

Although Montmartre is a lively area with a great deal going on at all times, the apartment was extremely quiet at and sleeping was peaceful and undisturbed. There is always plenty of hot water for bathing and the entire premises is quite secure. There is also a second area with a desk which was very useful for work and a second sleeping platform above the desk if needed.

The apartment is centrally located in the fantastic neighborhood of Montamartre and is short walk to Sacre Coeur, multiple restaurants and shops , and 2 metro stops ( Abesses & Blanche )from which one can easily explore all of Paris.

Liliane is an ideal and gracious host and in addition to allowing us the use her lovely apartment, she has become our friend. We travel to Paris every year and make it a point to visit with Liliane each time we are there.

We can not recommend her clean, pleasant apartment too highly as an ideal location for a stay in Paris from which to explore the city and all of the Ile de France.

I have rented the Montmartre apartment from Liliane four times. It is an ideal location for staying in Paris. The neighborhood is vibrant and the apartment is close to two Metro stops. While the apartment doesn't have much of a view, it gets good light, excellent cross ventilation and is very comfortable. The WiFi works well and the office area is at the opposite side from the bedroom. I find the washer/drier particularly useful for longer stays and the kitchen has everything you need for making meals. Liliane is a wonderful person and a pleasure to work with. My stays in the apartment have all been worry free and Liliane is an ideal host. Excellent Robert Holmgren 2/26/2014 8:51:00 AM
This apartment was a perfect option for my husband and me during a two-month stay in Paris. The apartment was fully-equipped and we had very few problems - the one major problem we had with the water being shut off in the building without notice was in no way the fault of the owner. In particular for someone who is working from home, the office nook and large desk make for an appealing workspace. Liliane Ruf-Burac was a very attentive and kind landlady, and continued throughout our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely, and close to several public transportation options. We would definitely recommend this apartment for either short or long-term stays in Paris. We are Liliane's current tenants. We're incredibly happy with her apartment, which is extremely well equipped for long and short-term stays. It's beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable and convenient. We can't say enough about the neighborhood, which might just be the best place to live in Paris. Liliane suggested a wonderful Italian restaurant, which has become a favorite of ours. She's been not only a fair and considerate landlady but a great guide for our visit. We're very enthusiastic about the apartment. Contact me if you want this tenant's perspective: yana.litovsky@gmail.com Excellent Yana Litovsky 1/23/2009 12:33:00 PM
