I stayed in this apartment for three months between February and May 2019. Sarah and Sergio were very kind and helped me a lot when and after I moved in, which I really appreciate. The apartment is fully furnished, including kitchen utensils. It is about 15-minute walk to Balboa Park BART station and buses 29 and 49 are also available. The surrounding area is convenient for dining and shopping, as there are many restaurants and Safeway. This apartment was by far the best in many respects among those I was looking for in SF area. I lived here for 2 months, after relocating for a job. It was the perfect transition to a new city while I looked for a more permanent apartment. Sarah and Sergio are so lovely and were such great hosts. Sarah offered a great list and tips for the city of where to go and eat. The apartment was a great place. Clean, comfortable and a great size for one or two! It's location has an amazing walking score with a grocery store not far and a laundromat close by too. Great bus lines either right outside the door or just a couple blocks down. I would highly recommend this sublet it's a great price for the location and apartment and such wonderful hosts too :) Excellent Sarah 12/26/2018 7:06:00 PM
I lived here for six months while doing my Master's residency in San Francisco. The apartment was great and it was a huge relief to get there after my flight and have everything I needed already in the apartment. Everything you need is within walking distance, including John McClaren Park which is the second largest park in the city. It's a really beautiful park and I took my dog there all the time. There are a bunch of buses nearby, the most handy was the 14 which took me all the way downtown and goes all night long. Sarah and Sergio are great landlords and were quick to respond to any issues. This property was ideal for me. The studio was well appointed and had everything I needed to esftablish a working home. There was privacy, a bus stop right across the street, with restaurants, credit union, and market all within easy walking distance. Sarah and Sergio were so helpful during my stay and responded quickly. I definitely recommend this apartment for any extended stay in San Francisco. Excellent Karl Sparks 11/18/2017 10:01:00 AM
