Apartment to share on the Hudson river

I am renting a large room in Riverdale (10 minute bus ride to the #1 train, 5 minute van ride to Metro North, 1 block to express bus) with a view of the Hudson, walking distance to Wave Hill. We would share the kitchen, dinning room and bathroom. The rent is $1000 a month and includes many amenities-doorman, outoor pool, gym and cafe on premises. Stores and restaurants one block away. I am looking for a long term commitment. If you are interested I would like to meet and see if we think we are a good fit.
