Rice University Postdoc and soon-to-be MGH Resident -- 1+ yr lease starting early June

Hello! I am a postdoc in Bioengineering at Rice University, and my husband is graduating from his MD/PhD program at Baylor College of Medicine and has just matched to residency at MGH. Along with our small baby, we will be moving to the Boston area in early June. We are looking for an unfurnished home, close to MGH, to rent for about 12-14 months before we will look to buy a place in Boston or the surrounding suburbs. We currently own our home in Houston, and are clean, quiet, and respectful. We value having a friendly and trusting relationship with a landlord.
