I am a, soon to be, single mother of two children, ages 14 and 16. Meticulous care taker of home. Non-smoker, avid organizer needing either a single family home or townhome that has some greenspace and at least one parking spot. I am a REALTOR at Unlimited Sotheby's International Realty in Newton Centre. My children attend Newton North High School so would like to be within walking distance to the high school. Will have a sweet whoodle pup 50% of the time; She is extremely well behaved and does not shed. I can provide references for both humans and pup. Would love to sign a 2-year lease if possible.
