My husband and I thoroughly our four-month stay in this apartment. We loved the proximity to the two subways, a short walk through the Columbia University campus in one direction, a short walk through Morningside Park to the other. We loved being close to the Columbia University campus, with its delicious delicatessens, farmers’ market, Miller Theatre, and Grant’s Tomb. The apartment is cozy, comfortable and quiet, except for the occasional expected campus parties. The owner, who lives in the building, is pleasant and helpful.
