About Me
Hi I've lived for 25 years in Boston in every neighborhood and JP is my favorite. I bought this place in 2010 and love living here, but my job recently took me to Kansas City Missouri! Can't fathom giving up my abode and foothold in Boston so I'm renting it out to people who may be interested in making it their temporary home. I've left all my artwork and dishes as if I was still living there to make it your own home while away on Sabbatical. My neighbors (10 units) are like family. Everyone is age 45+ and helpful. All owners. I'm not a professional landlord by any means. But I will make sure any concerns you have are addressed immediately and I do have many friends that live nearby if you need anything. Happy to Skype to answer more questions.

I spent a year in Jamaica Plain at Pam's apartment. The space is immaculate and fully equipped with everything required. Pam is very responsive, flexible and helpful with the transition of moving in. The apartment is very spacious and well cared for. The bedroom and bathroom are a fair size and the closet is large with abundant room for storage. You can comfortably have guests stay on the pull-out couch. The balcony is a bonus to be able to sit outside and enjoy the Boston summer. The building is quiet and the neighbours are very friendly. The location is perfect with numerous restaurants nearby within walking distance, steps from the pond and walking paths, and very close (5 min walk) to the bus stop as well as the subway (12 min walk). Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Jamaica Plain and this apartment. Highly recommended! Excellent Emily G 7/22/2019 8:58:00 AM
As a couple, we stayed for three months in the winter. The apartment is very pleasant, tastefully decorated, and has everything we needed. The sunlight on the very cold days was a delight. At the very beginning of our stay, before the cold came in, we took advantage of the outside terrasse. Occasional guests can be accommodated in the living room coach. Some may find the bedroom bed a bit small for two, but it was perfectly fine for us. There is some background noise from car traffic on Jamaica Way, but very tolerable (in general, I am very sensitive to street noise and that did not keep me from sleeping). We had excellent report with the owner, who made everything very easy for us. There is in addition a very friendly atmosphere within the house. Though we had a car, we took advantage of the 39 bus (5' walk) and of the Orange Line (12' walk) to get to downtown Boston, but also to Cambridge and Brookline. Overall very satisfied.
