This is a lovely, well-kept 3 BR, 2 bath home at the top of a hill on a crescent in the inner north of Canberra. Built in the 80s. Pitched ceilings in the front rooms; bright, modern kitchen with 5-burner gas stove; walk-in closet in the master, built-in closet in the second bedroom and office; large windows throughout. Our front deck looks out on to a small nature reserve in one direction and Mount Ainslie in the other. Very near to the bike path that takes you to ANU. You're 15 minutes by bike to campus and the Northside Saturday market. Two adult bikes and one child's bike are also available. Wonderful neighbours.
