This private, cozy, 1-Bedroom apartment is outfitted with mid-century modern decor and everything that you need for a relaxing getaway or sabbatical. Leave your car and walk right out the door and onto a 500-acre State Park with miles of hiking trails and the beautiful Tohickon Creek. There is a private porch with two Adirondack chairs and small table--perfect for birdwatching or reading and relaxing. We are both university professors living in NYC and Bucks County, PA, and are seeking a responsible, long-term tenant who is looking for a relaxing spot surrounded by nature.
