We are seeking renters for 10-12 months, with some flexibility on the start/end dates. Our home has 4 floors of living space. The third floor has the main bedroom, a large walk-in closet, a newly remodelled bathroom, a large workstation and a couch and tv. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with shower and bathtub) and a laundry room (washer and dryer). There are a total of 2 queen beds and 2 double beds between the 4 bedrooms. The first floor has a large entryway, an open-plan kitchen and dining room, a formal living room and a half bathroom. The basement is partially finished with a family room including a couch, tv and ping pong table as well as a small workstation. There is a pantry and small gym in the unfinished portion of the basement. We have a fenced backyard with a patio that is covered and has lounge seating, a kid's playhouse and a bbq for outdoor cooking. We also have a small garage and a driveway with room for up to 3 cars. We are located 2 blocks off Locke Street, which has many cafes and shops and a small grocery store. There are excellent elementary and middle schools within walking distance and we are in the catchment area for the best high school in the city. McMaster University can be reached by bike in 15 minutes or by bus which stops a few feet from our house. The train station can be reached within 15 minutes walking, with direct service to Toronto (one hour away). There are several parks for young kids within walking distance. We are 2km from the city centre and 1 km from an excellent biking/running trail.
