Two floor cozy and sunny semi-detached house for rent in Vallvidrera neighborhood. On the ground floor we have the entrance with a small wc, a small storage room for tools, etc., the , kitchen, the living room with a cast iron stove for a warm, pleasant atmosphere on winter days and the exit to the 60m2 garden where you can enjoy lovely meals (even on sunny winter days because in doesn't get too cold). When you come home from the frenziness of the city, you can't believe you are exactly 35 minutes from downtown Catalunya Square. It's located in Collserola forest, so it's ideal for walking or jogging. It's near highways (25 minutes driving distance from the airport), near the the sea, the mountains... Easy to reach most campuses (on public transport). It's 10-15 walking distance from the train station (Ferrocarrils de la Generailtat - Baixador de Vallvidrera station).
