I'm a academic at the University of Padova and I rent for short periods this apartment, which is fully equipped to host up to 4 people. The home is about 80 sq. meters with three spaces: a kitchen with dinner table and TV, a double bedroom and a third large room, which can serve as second double bedroom or as a living room, with sofà, tea table and writing desk. The apartment is placed at the fifth floor with lift, so it is very bright and well ventilated and can be easily accessed also by people that have difficult with stairs. The apartment is strategically located just outside downtown, at 5 min. walking from the Station and 10 min, from the centre. This allows to stay just outside from students' and tourists' flows and, at the same time, to be able to reach the center by foot. Bologna University has different locations and all can be reached by foot, by bicycle or in 10 minutes by public transportation. Moreover, being just 5 minutes from the train station is perfect for those who plane to move to other cities and universities (such Modena and Ferrara, which require 30 minutes by train).
