Includes all utilities, high speed internet, smart TV. Very close to subway, bus, 15 minutes to Grand Central on the 7 train. Sweet neighborhood. This apartment is clean and everything is fairly new. Freshly painted. Incredibly lush and beautiful neighborhood. An oasis in New York City while being incredibly close to everything. 15 minutes to LaGuardia Airport by cab. Living room with hard wood floor. Use of Washer/Dryer in Basement. Kitchen is fully stocked, pots, pans, dishes etc. Bathroom is private. Shared outdoor deck. Mostly Private. If you are moving to NYC and need a home base for a few weeks or are just visiting this is an excellent choice. For one person. Owner might be in town for two or three days during the entire time.
