Pantry & two-piece bathroom are situated off the kitchen. From the kitchen head out to the charming back garden with a large deck & BBQ. Great for relaxing on those hot summer nights. The home is equipped with A/C & natural gas furnace. Three bedrooms (two are currently set up as offices) are on 2nd level. The 4th room is being used as a walk-in closet. Full bathroom with heated floors on 2nd floor. The basement is unfinished but great for storage. The attached garage is not available for use. We are looking for a 4 to 6-month rental that will start no earlier than Aug. 1/24.
