Fully furnished, beautiful terrace with breathtaking views, sofabed in living room and fully equipped kitchen. The building has a gym, swimming pool, squash court, common rooftop lounge and barbecue on 41st floor. It is located in a very safe area of several enclosed buildings with cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdresser, drycleaning, supermarket, clothing stores, etc. The National Museum, Museum of Modern Art, National Library, bullfighting ring, planetarium, Independence Park, Torres del Parque and Macarena neighborhood are only 5 -10 minute walk away. Also close to Sunday´s mains streets closed for the Ciclovia (Cra 7, Calle 26). The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple, but not recommend for small children because of the balcony. The apartment has not been rented through sabbatical homes since the pandemic, so some of the furnishings may have changed while pictures are updated.
