3 Bedroom home in a great neighbourhood for families and kids - parks, public swimming pool, skating rink, shops, library, excellent restaurants, coffee shops and breweries all within walking distance. Great local school. Short walk to the Subway (Coxwell Station). 15 minutes drive or 20 minute subway to downtown (U of T and most hospitals). 5 minutes to Michael Garron Hospital (Formerly East York Hospital). 10 minute drive to the beach at Lake Ontario (also accessible by bus). Close to the DVP and Gardiner highways for getting around the city and getaways to the country. We are moving abroad to teach for 2 years and would prefer to have the same people rent for the entire time, but would consider a one year rental. We are offering the house for 3500$ plus utilities. The house is fully furnished. We rented out our house to a family from Switzerland in 2019-2021 and it was a great experience. We left many of our things such as dishes, pots and toys- they took great care of the house and didn't have to waste money buying everything for a two year stay. Main floor - living room, dining room and kitchen. Upper floor- bathroom, master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with single bed, desk and couch, small third bedroom with single bed and desk (could be made into an office). All bedrooms have closets. Basement- playroom/tv room with L shaped couch, washer and dryer and extra bathroom, (we will keep one small closet to store some personal belongings- there is still lots of other storage space in the basement) Front porch- great for sitting on and meeting the neighbours Backyard- deck with table for eating outdoors, small garden and parking for 1 car Please send us a message if you think you will be a good fit for our house!
