The home is located in El Campello, a nice and quiet seaside village close to the city of Alicante, perfectly situated for quick access to the University of Alicante by car (10-15 min), to Alicante by car (10-15 min), train (25 min), and to the Alicante International airport (20 min). The house is located in a quiet street within a residential area of low houses. Beautiful beaches and coves at a walking distance (15-20 min). There are some Golf Courses nearby.
