Bright family home close to LAX and the beach

Our home is a family friendly, recently renovated, contemporary house with a great outdoor space. House is bungalow style, very cozy-- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an updated kitchen with modern appliances and a small, furnished office with separate entry. A large backyard/garden has a patio with outdoor dining, a fire pit and sitting area, and a bbq grill. Primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom has a twin sized bed, and 3rd bedroom has bunk beds. Our neighborhood is quiet and residential, with tree-lined street and lots of families. We are adjacent to Manhattan Beach and El Segundo, and Redondo Beach. USC, UCLA, and LMU are all within 20-40 min. The beach is 3 miles away (10 min by car). (Other locations of interest: 15 minutes from LAX, and 45 minutes from Disneyland, 20 minutes from Santa Monica, and about an hour from Orange County beach cities.) From the house, it is less than a 10 min. walk to a Starbucks and a few shops, as well as a local park and library. Within 5-10 minutes by car you can get a huge array of restaurants and shops, including beautiful downtown Manhattan Beach with excellent shopping and dining options, plus a gorgeous beach and pier . Rent bikes and bike the beach path between Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo Beach or take a longer ride north to Santa Monica. House is fully furnished and we are happy to help you with all things related to a stay in LA. If you have kids, we can be especially helpful with options for them and provide a great itinerary for family outings around town! (Please note: One of our bedrooms has bunks beds. Both bedrooms have space to set up a travel crib for younger kiddos.)
