Perfect 2-bedroom in Paris

I have a 3-room apartment in Paris to exchange with any apartment in New York. My place has two bedrooms and a large living room with a long balcony close to canal de l'Ourq and Parc de la Villette, that is a quiet neighborhood with tons of bars and lovely restaurants along the canal, and you will be happy to relax there. The apartment is roomy, full of light and very quiet . It has high ceilings, hardwood floors (60 sq. meters 645 ft). It is well decorated, and fully equipped (high speed internet, washing machine and dryer). There is of course a kitchen with a lot of useful implements including a stove and an oven (but no microwave) and a bathroom. My place easily houses 4 people. I keep the apartment very clean and will take excellent care of yours if you exchange it with me! My project I am a French academic doing research on the Lower East Side cinema. I need to find accommodation in NYC, preferably on the lower East side but I am open to many locations...
