The rent will be 1400 + 500 for ALL utilities ( electricity, water, heat, WiFi, TV, telephone and city fees such as waste management.) The Mauritz section is one of the most desirable areas of Muenster. The house is in a 5 house cul-de-sac, ideal for children to play. It is minutes from the countryside and the Dortmund-Ems canal, but also in walking distance to the beautiful downtown. There are several bus lines stopping nearby and of course, being Muenster!, one can bicycle everywhere. The neighborhood also has markets, restaurants and good schools, as well as playgrounds, indoor and outdoor pools.You will love it here, just as we do.
