Description
Due to occasional travel, one bedroom plus share of the house is free. At times it may be possible to rent the whole house but of course the charge will be higher! Our home is very newly renovated, light and bright with open plan living and dining, and modern well-equipped kitchen. The furnishings, design and style are very tasteful and sophisticated. One bedroom is ensuite and the other has access to a shower room. It is the ensuite bedroom which is available for rental. The outdoor area is lovely and great for relaxing. The area, Franklin Hills, is very safe for the city's standards. It has lots of family homes but is also diverse with a younger social crowd. Silverlake, Los Feliz and Echo Park are very close by and for nature, there are options for hiking, having picnics or just chilling in nearby Griffith Park.

Comments: Situated in an ideal area of Los Angeles called Franklin Hills which is part of Los Feliz, close to Griffith Park and Silverlake. A safe, friendly family neighbourhood, perfect for walking, green and peaceful but close to social life, shops etc

Comments: The space available is an ensuite bedroom with shared living space and kitchen, in this two bedroom, two bathroom guest house. The other room currently has a tenant, however when she travels the whole guest house is available. at a higher cost.
