The flat is in walking distance of Queen Mary University of London and Mile End Underground (metro) station and Devon's Road Light Railway. It's great for cycling, really close to a canal for lovely walks and a 10 minute cycle to Victoria Park and Canary Wharf (a hub of business with a shopping mall/centre). It is a short bus ride, cycle or slightly longer (30 min) walk away from the University of East London and University of the Arts London in Stratford. With excellent transportation links nearby (Underground, buses and trains) it is accessible to all London universities in 30 minutes to 1 hour (max). Bills to be discussed - Water, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, TV License and WiFi (fibre optic) Bedroom 1 - Large double - This is a large bedroom with en-suite with a door leading directly out to the terrace. Available Dates - We are looking to rent our apartment initially for 2 - 3 months from April but it could be available for longer. We are actually selling our home; so if it takes longer to sell, it could be also be available in July, August and possibly September. This can be discussed.
