We are looking for kind and responsible individual, couple, or two roommates to rent and cat-sit our lovely kitty, Luxy, in our Princeton home from mid-late June through mid-August 2024. The house is a beautiful two-bedroom cottage with an attached office. The downstairs is hardwood floors throughout, and contains an open plan dining room and living room, kitchen with dishwasher and walk-in pantry, full bathroom, and a lounge/music room with a piano and a daybed. Upstairs features a second full bathroom; two large bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a bunk bed (full at bottom, single at top). Attached garage has been converted into a fully heated/cooled office with sitting area, two desks, and a printer. Spacious backyard includes patio, tree swing, fire pit. Furnished basement includes washer/dryer. Ideally situated a stone’s throw from Carnegie Lake as well as the tow path of Delaware Canal State Park, one can bike or walk for hours towards Kingston/Rocky Hill or Lawrenceville. Princeton University campus is a refreshing 15-20 minute walk, through woods or neighborhoods. Rental price, which includes utilities (heat/cooling, water, gas, electricity, internet), lawn care, and cleaning every other week, is deeply discounted in view of cat-sitting responsibilities and light indoor plantcare.
