Description
We are looking for a tenant for the second floor of our home. It is a newly-renovated large 2 bedroom in Polish Hill with brand new appliances (including washer and dryer), hardwood floors, central air, and a shared patio, as well as parking. Rent includes an off street parking space & high speed internet (1GB). We ask that the unit pay 1/3 of the electric bill each month. The unit is unfurnished but we do have a few items that can be included if desired. There's a bus stop out front that goes to Pitt & CMU, a nearby stop for the Busway, and a cool cafe on the corner. You can walk down the hill to the restaurants and shopping in Lawrenceville.

Comments: The apartment is designed as an "in-law" unit with a lockable door, a large full bathroom, two large bedrooms, and large open plan room with a kitchen and living space. My husband and I live upstairs and we share the entrance hall and back yard.
