Solar panels, new heat pump, and wood-burning stove make the house cozy. New stove, refrigerator, and dish washer. New carpet in office space. New shower in basement. Amazingly safe and quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. House is unfurnished, but some furniture (including baby furniture) can be provided upon request.
