A first-floor flat in a converted Victorian house. The flat consists of a large double bedroom, office, lounge/diner, kitchen with solid wood worktops, induction hob, washer dryer, recently totally renovated walk-in shower and separate toilet. The office and lounge get stunning light in the mornings on bright days and the bedroom gets any evening sun. The flat has a very homely feel and is full of books and plants. The location is really convenient for the train station and for Mill Road. It is a short walk (15-20 mins) into the city centre. The lounge is equipped with a projector to hook-up a laptop to watch films projected on the large white wall. There is a very comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge, ideal for any occasional visitors.
