Located at the heart of the artsy Mile End neighbourhood, this is the perfect urban sanctuary for a writer, teacher, or solopreneurs. This 12ft (3.66 m) ceiling loft offers the coziness of a real home with real greenery and sunlight all day long. One closed bedroom gives you privacy from the open space. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer. Brand new washing machine and heat pump dryer in the unit. Bathtub, Hypo allergenic , smoke free environment. Street parking. **** Strict policy: NO PARTIES OR FILM/PHOTO SHOOTS. **** Longer stays will be given priority.
