The house is a short walk away from Tufnell Park (Northern Line) and Caledonian Road (Picadilly Line). It's a convenient area for accessing many of the London Universities and the British Library. There is a large double bedroom overlooking the back garden available as well as a second room, also a good size, for lower rent. There is a newly refurbished shower and toilet on the same floor. You would be sharing the kitchen/dining room with myself (friendly retired nurse). Local amenities are excellent including supermarkets, gyms, cinemas and restaurants all in walking distance. Rooms come furnished with bed, desk, bookcase and wardrobe. Duvet, sheets and towels can all be included if required. You will share: -Fully equipped kitchen -Large Refrigerator -Dishwasher -Washing Machine -Large Dining/Living room -Virgin high speed internet -Second toilet on ground floor (I have an en-suite for myself). This nice home is an interesting 70s design within walking distance from Hampstead Heath. This house would be your home for the duration of your stay and you would have both privacy and company.
