We are a French American Family who have lived in several places in different parts of the world. The second floor apartment is occupied by a single professional member of our family. We visit occasionally. We greatly appreciate the location 5 blocks from Lake Mendota and Tenney Park as well as walking distance to campus, the Capitol and the well known Madison Farmers Market .The Near East Side is a 15 min walk to grocery stores , good restaurants, shops and the summer festivals. It is a quiet and friendly neighborhood close to bike paths and the bus line.
