Beautiful, bright home located in Belle Sherman--a 5 minute walk to the Collegetown commercial area and the south entrance of Cornell, and just a 15-20 minute walk to Ithaca's downtown. With southern exposure, central AC, modern furnishings, and family-friendly amenities this sublet is a gem! Our home features one master bedroom with queen size bed, and two kid's rooms, each with a twin bed. There is also a southern facing office, dining room, and deck; spacious playroom in the attic; tv room plus Bowflex bike in the finished basement; and custom built kids playhouse in the backyard. We have two full baths (one with a tub, another with a standing shower). Trails, gorges and waterfalls, Bryant Park, and Belle Sherman elementary school are all within a ten minute walk.

I may need help with plants or garden
We have some indoor plants and hope that the renter can water them. We have a small number of decorative plants outside as well as a yard that needs to be mowed. The renter can do lawncare on their own (we have an electric mower) or can hire someone.
