Artist Apartment on Lake in Vevey

Description

Our apartment is located in Vevey, 15 minutes by train from Lausanne. Steps away from swimming beaches, restaurants, museums and antique stores. We enjoy the open air markets on Sundays and Tuesdays, the artisanal cafes and the cultural events, film festivals, photo exhibitions that regularly enrich the city. The apartment is also close to many great mountain hikes, ski areas and vineyards. I teach in Geneva and Lausanne and the commute from Vevey to Geneva is easy and pleasant. The apartment is situated directly on the lake. It was a former artist studio recently renovated. There are two bedrooms both equipped with optional desks and one room can be converted into either a guest room or an office space. The kitchen has all new appliances, stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. We are looking for someone ideally September - December 2022 and then February - May 2023 but are open to other possibilities as well.
