East Passyunk Rowhome

Description

Stay in our lovely remodeled South Philadelphia Rowhome. We are located in the East Passyunk neighborhood just five blocks from the Tasker/Morris SEPTA station. The East Passyunk neighborhood is a happening area, with dozens of restaurants, cafes, breweries, and shops to choose from. Grocery is nearby with a mom-and-pop shop just around the corner and a large ACME grocery about four blocks away. Our home is near the famous Geno's and Pat's cheesesteaks, and we are surrounded by parks. In terms of nearby universities, we are near Temple, the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel, The Community College of Philadelphia, and Thomas Jefferson. All are accessible via public transportation. I work at Rowan University, but a vehicle is needed to get there, but it takes less than 30 minutes by car. Walk into the first floor with an open floor plan. A large couch, two chairs with ottomans, and a mounted television. The dining room table sits six people, and there's a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, gas stove, garbage disposal, and lots of cooking utensils. A door in the kitchen leads to the back patio, with a couch, smoker, and weber grill. The home has two bedrooms and one and a half baths. On the second floor are the two bedrooms one with a king-size bed and one with an individual bed. The full bath with a jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower is also located on the second floor. The basement is also finished. We use it as an additional living space. It has a desk and chair, a half bathroom, a queen-size bed, bookshelves, the washer and dryer, and some storage space, Our home is centrally cooled and has gas heat. The basement is not heated or cooled, but usually, it's not an issue, only on the coldest days in winter would you need a small space heater that we have available.
