Beautiful, serene home in the Berkeley Hills (Utilities, wifi, AC included)

This is a fantastic house, spacious and beautifully furnished and maintained. Particular highlights include a generously-equipped kitchen and dining room, both with superb views across Berkeley and San Francisco Bay. (I especially loved cooking dinner in the evenings while watching the sunset through the kitchen windows!). It is surrounded by a lovely garden shaded by redwood trees. The location is also excellent, with downtown Berkeley and Lawrence Hall / MSRI a few minutes' drive away, but the green spaces of Tilden Park and Wildcat Canyon within walking distance. Anne and Assaf were wonderfully friendly and unfailingly courteous hosts. I give this house my highest recommendation and I'd be happy to stay there again myself in the future.

I can't recommend this house high enough. In fact, we've had our best summer ever in there, and we would love to stay there again soon. The house is beautiful, quiet, and full of light. The view from the living room and the bedroom is spectacular. It was also super clean. We loved hanging out in the beautiful yard, spending time with the neighbors (they are SO nice; we are still in touch with them), and use the many hiking trails nearby. The botanic gardens are also beautiful. The house is located in one of the most beautiful area of the Bay Area. Also, Assaf and Anne are super responsive and great people to talk to.
