We are looking for a professional person or family that would like to spend a relaxed and happy time in San Diego. Our homey, fully furnished, townhouse has been continuously remodeled and has all the commodities! Large three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with a lovely patio and the front door faces the back of the complex with a quiet garden space. The complex has a nice swimming pool, with a small pool for little children plus a hot jacuzzi and a sauna. It also enjoys of a tennis/pickleball court, basketball hoop and children's playground. Walking distance to Lake Murray (hiking, biking, boating, fishing). One private car space + plenty of free car parking spaces on side streets (with a direct entrance to the complex).
