We invite you to stay at our comfortable and private home for your time in Eugene. We are an easy 10-minute drive to the U of O and downtown. The house is located in the Friendly Neighborhood which has a natural food store, food carts, beer garden and live music. We are 1 mile from the shopping center at 29th and Willamette streets that includes: a large natural supermarket, Office Depot, Sporting Goods, banks, restaurants, hardware store and more. This is our private residence which we offer to guests when we are away. When you are here it feels like you are in the woods yet close to city services. Inside we have a master bedroom with a queen bed, bath with shower and an infrared sauna. On the lower level there is another bedroom with a queen bed which has a separate entrance, 1/2 bath and extra fridge so it feels like a separate suite. The third room on the main level is an office with desk and printer. The living space is open and airy with comfortable furniture, TV and dining area. The newly remodeled kitchen is well equipped. The house has a beautiful backyard and private outdoor living areas under big trees with a deck and furnishings around a firepit. You will have access to the entire space with the exception of a room we reserve for our private belongings, and the garage. The master bedroom will have a dresser for you and a place for hanging clothes, the downstairs room has a closet with shelves. This home was listed on another platform in 2022. Everything about it was as perfect as it could be. It's in an absolutely gorgeous setting in the Friendly neighborhood, near the Friendly Garden and Market, and not far from Market of Choice and other businesses on Willamette. At the base of the South Hills, the property's views are stunning along Lorane Highway. The house itself was ideal for two people, with room to relax and and an office for me to work remotely from. It is spotless and comfortable, and our hosts took lots of time to help acquaint us with the property so we could settle in easily. The tree-filled backyard is an oasis that was difficult for us to say goodbye to! We cannot recommend this place highly enough, with its wonderful owners and very competitive rates."
