This house is perfect for families with kids. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of the greater Boston area, the house includes 3 floors with two home offices - one at the top and one at the bottom floor. We recently renovated the house, and it includes a brand new kitchen, smart heating system, a fully finished basement, and a Tesla power wall. The house is mostly childproof as we have 2 young ones. All Furniture can be negotiated as part of the lease as we are moving to a furnished home.
