Welcome to our home. The location is great -- we are right across from the Metro (Potomac Ave station, blue/orange/silver lines), making an easy commute to the Capitol, White House, GWU, and downtown generally. We are also walkable to a grocery store (Safeway, newly redone in 2021) and the restaurants and bars of Barracks Row area, and across the street from new restaurant group The Roost. Nearby Congressional Cemetery is a great place to walk dogs (allowed off leash in the cemetery), and the Anacostia River Trail is a great place to run or bike on the weekends. The condo is fully furnished and all utilities are INCLUDED in the rent, including WiFi, making this a very easy place to simply move into, no hassle or fuss. We are happy to discuss pets. For anything needed during your stay, we live only 45 minutes outside of the city.
